Bespoke designs - sheeted for easy installation
This article explains how to request a quotation, how the design is assembled and what you will receive.
REQUESTING A QUOTE
Step 1. Choose your design. Either send us an image of a scheme you wish to replicate or click here to browse our database of designs.
Step 2. In order for us to send you a cost and proposal, you will need to submit dimensions of the proposed area. If the area is a simple rectangle, then the length and width is required.
If the area is more complex, then please submit a footprint sketch showing all dimensions. This can be sent in common digital formats such as .jpeg or .pdf for example.
An easy method is to draw the footprint sketch and then photograph it with your digital camera.
Step 3. Go to our contact page and fill out our quick and easy enquiry form.
Here, there is the facility to attach files and images. Sending an image of the proposed area is especially useful.
Step 4. We will then contact you with a price to supply and deliver the design.
HOW THE DESIGN IS ASSEMBLED
Step 1. The design layout is mapped, calculating how the design best fits the space. Click here to view an example.
Step 2. The design is then assembled and sheeted in our workshops. Click here to view the illustration of the sheet positions.
Click here to view examples of the components that are sheeted and form this design.
Step 3. Once completed, the sheeted tiles are boxed and then delivered, or are available for collection.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

2.The border design sheeted.
3.The tiles used to create either inner or outer lines.
In the example shown the outer line is supplied as a 150mm x 150mm black tile to be cut to size to fit the space. A degree of tolerance here is necessary as the extremities of a space often vary.
4.A few extra tiles for spares and repairs.
5.Grout - The type of grout that must be used is Mapei ultracolour c113 mid grey. We can supply this.
6.A set of guidelines with hints and tips for your tiler to achieve a fine installation.
